Privacy

PocketSpry is designed to collect as little as possible. Here's what actually happens when you use a tool.

What you submit

When you run a tool, the text you enter is sent to our server and, for AI-powered tools, to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to produce your result. We do not store the content you paste for anonymous use, and we don't include it in analytics.

Anonymous usage

To offer free tools without an account, we set a single signed cookie holding a random id. We use it only to count daily usage against free limits. We don't fingerprint your device.

Accounts & history

If you create an account, saved results are associated with it so you can revisit them, and you can delete them. We use your email only for sign-in and essential account messages.

Analytics

We keep minimal, non-identifying counts (which tool ran, success or failure) to improve the product. These never contain your input or output.

We also use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to understand aggregate traffic and which tools are used. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect the content you submit to PocketSpry tools. We send only aggregate signals such as page views and simple counts like “a reply was generated” — never your messages, drafts, results, email address, or any personal identifier.
